We have a Gold Shield Services (GSS) Home Warranty and found their service and coverage to be exceptional. Our refrigerator stopped working, GSS immediately responded and dispatched an Appliance Technician to make the repair. A week later it failed again, GSS immediately approved replacement and sent us a check for the full amount of the coverage.
