Gold Shield Services (GSS), is a DBA of Macomb Holding Company and was established in 2000.  GSS offers a variety of services:  Property Management; Home Improvement/Repair; Home Warranty and Home Inspections.  GSS has on staff a licensed Real Estate Broker, 3 licensed real estate agents, two licensed general contractors, a licensed electrician and two certified AHIT Home inspectors.  We can handle all your property management needs, whether it be finding a new tenant, rent collection, evictions, emergency repairs, general repairs, remodeling a property, home inspections and home warranties.

GSS currently manages over 100 rental properties in the Detroit Metro area and manages claims for hundreds of home warranties sold throughout the State of Michigan.  GSS offers a completely hands free service to rental property owners.  Many of our owners live out of State, several live outside the USA.  The owner has nothing to do other than pay the mortgage, taxes, insurance and cash the check we send them each month.  We will even pay the taxes and insurance for you if we hold back additional funds to cover these bills. GSS will screen all rental applicants and select the best possible tenant.
